The payment zone is not an account dashboard. It is only a checkout page for paying an invoice.

It does not show any sensitive or confidential data — no personal details, contracts, service settings or other confidential information. The purpose of this page is to allow you to make a payment.

Who can pay the invoice?

Not only the customer can pay the invoice. A family member, neighbour, accountant or anyone else you ask to pay can do it. No login or password is required.

What is needed to pay?

To pay an invoice, a payer code or email address is enough. Then you choose a convenient payment method and complete the payment.

Why is it done this way?

A password is used when you need to access private information or change service settings. The payment zone has no such options — it is only for transferring money. So an extra password login would be unnecessary and would make paying harder, especially when someone else is paying on behalf of the customer.

In short: The payment zone is for checkout only. It has no sensitive data, so no password is needed. Anyone with the payer code or email address can pay.
